After years of working for other digital agencies, Bernie got tired of seeing how clients were poorly treated. So he decided to do something about it. Bernie and Zion started Alyka with the goal to do the right thing by clients and create a business where everyone wins.

Bernie's vision for Alyka is to take a personal, one-on-one approach to projects. His philosophy is that the best results come from working together with clients to develop a long-term relationship.

Zion established Alyka with Bernie in 2006 after managing commercial clients for one of Australia's major banks. Applying that commercial experience to the digital world, Zion saw a way to help clients get better results for their online activities.

Zion is the go-to guy for our clients. His keen mind and unique approach to digital strategy have helped hundreds of clients reach their full potential.

From the time David joined Alyka in early 2011 it was clear that he was going to make an impact. Bringing over 10 years of experience, David was already a veteran in delivering large-scale information and e-Commerce public websites. Within a short time David rose through the ranks at Alyka from Senior Project Manager to General Manager.

As Alyka General Manager, David oversees every part of the development lifecycle. A born problem solver, it's his hand that guides the account management and development teams, and it's his gift for business analysis that delivers the best solutions for our clients.

When she's not riding her beloved horse and caring for her other fur kids, Tenille enjoys nurturing the heart of a web project - nailing the concept and watching the client’s vision come to life.

Educated in business and marketing, Tenille has worked her magic for many corporate clients, transforming their vision and goals into an online marketing success.

Dillon has been with Alyka since the early days; bringing a great passion and energy into each project. With vast SEM knowledge from years in the digital marketing industry, Dillon also brings great experience and street smarts to the digital team.
