About Mader Group
Mader Group (Mader) was founded in Western Australia in 2005. It is a leading technical services provider and has forged a reputation as an expert in mobile and fixed plant equipment maintenance and support. In particular, they specialise in optimising performance across mobile and fixed plant equipment through comprehensive ‘tap on, tap off’ support for their customers.
As a global organisation operating across Australia, Asia, America, Canada and South Africa, they needed an online presence that aligned with their growing international brand.
The challenge
- Support users of the company to find out more about the company
- Empower prospective employees to find out more about careers
- Allow prospective investors to find out more about investment information
- Provide enough information for clients to qualify Mader for tenders
Mader’s original website was a centrally managed global site, with the company adding additional regions as needed. Unfortunately, this model meant that individual regions could not contribute location-specific content to the site, making it harder to engage audiences at the local level.
In short, they needed their website to showcase why it's great to work for and with Mader, wherever you are in the world.

We launched the global site in July 2024, and the Canada and US sites followed in October.
The three sites all have the same refreshed look and feel, creating a unified brand identity, but regional teams now have the freedom to log in and make location-specific updates to their site.
By improving internal processes and usability, we have achieved the following results:
- Reduction in administration time now that regional teams can manage their own website content
- Reduction in risk with more team members across the regions having access and the ability to manage the website content
- Reduction in reporting time with the ASX integration - the team no longer need to manually upload reports and documents
By creating a base site and cloning it, we also saved Mader a significant amount of time and money, compared to the cost of creating three unique websites.
